Rocester & Uttoxeter Camera Club
Our next meeting is 18th November 2025, a guest speaker, we welcome Mike Sharples ARPS MPAGB AFIAP with Faces and Places.
The talk includes a mixture of subjects in monochrome and colour, portraits, environmental images, landscapes and cityscapes with a description of how the final images were produced.

Last Time
It was a competition evening. The themes were 'Biodiversity' for PDI and 'Taken within a Few Miles of Home' for prints. This was judged by Peter Gennard MFIAP EFIAP/d3, who was entertaining with his comments and gave good critique with his scores. Images will shortly be available in the Gallery, meanwhile congratulations to our winners, Rob Sample who won the PDI category and Ray Baddeley who won the Print category.
The Financial bit
Membership remains £30 for the year (no increase from last season) - £2 for refreshments on the night - Visitors welcome £5
Potential New Members - First evening is free of charge, after that you would pay the visitor fee until joining the club. Visitors fees would then be discounted from your subs.

We have submitted 10 images - watch this space.

Mike Ladd's image 'Siskin with Sunflower Seeds' has been chosen for the Staffordshire Wildlife Calendar. It will appear as the image for May 2026.
